How do I download the template?
Once the checkout is complete, you will be automatically directed to a Zip folder download link. The template will be contained in the zip folder along with instructions.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes. You can contact me at subscribe@originalresumedesign.com or fill out a contact form on the website with technical difficulties you're having and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

What software do I need to edit the template?
You need Microsoft Word to edit the template. If you don't already have Microsoft Word, you can try it free for 30 days here.
Are the background colors changeable in the template?
Yes. You change the color of the background and text in Microsoft Word.
Can I have my information filled into the template?
Yes. You can purchase a custom order for $25. I will send you an email confirming that I received your request within 24 hours. You can then email me your current resume. I will fill in your information into the template and email you a doc file within 1-3 business days. If you'd like to make changes, you can simply input any additional information into the filled out template.
Can I change the font size?
Yes. All templates are 100% customizable in Microsoft Word. This includes the ability to change font size, font, color, and anything else you'd like.
Can I start editing the template after purchase right away?
Yes. You will receive a link to a Zip folder with the files. Simply open them in Microsoft Word and start editing your template right away.
Do the templates include fonts?
Yes. All templates that have custom fonts (fonts other than standard fonts) will contain font downloading instructions. All fonts used are free fonts. You will simply go to a link to download and install them for free. *I recommend you do this before opening and editing the template to get the desired look.
Can I edit the tempates in Pages?
All templates are made with Microsoft Word. I cannot guarantee that they will work with Pages or software other than Microsoft Word. I recommend that you download Microsoft Word for free 30 day trial here.
Can I incorporate more jobs into the template than shown?
Yes. You can simply stretch out the text box, decrease font size, or add an additional section by copying and pasting a current text box to add another job description.
